Is the first month really free?
Yes — no card required. You get one full month of live speaking sessions to see if the club is right for you before deciding anything.
What English level does my child need?
We welcome A1 through B1. A1 means your child is new to their English learning journey, just getting comfortable with basic words and phrases. A2 means they can handle simple, everyday exchanges with a bit of hesitation. B1 means they can already converse on daily topics in English. We currently run A1–A2 sessions throughout the week. We'll confirm their level during onboarding and place them in the right group.
What happens after the free month?
You can walk away with no obligation, or continue as a founding member at 399,000₫/month — a rate that's locked in for as long as you stay, even after we raise prices for new members.
How big are the sessions?
We keep groups small, and every session is led by a trained host, so everyone gets real speaking time — not a lecture.
How many sessions can my child join each week?
Three sessions each week. You don't lock into a fixed timetable — each week, just pick the 3 slots that fit your child's schedule and join the Zoom room. Want completely different times next week? That's fine. Their 3 sessions reset at the start of each week, so any they miss don't roll over to the next one.
